What is the cost for delivery and pick-up services?

It’s absolutely FREE for any request we receive. Our customers will also receive a
Complimentary VIP garment bag on us. Simply fill out your name, phone number, and
special instructions and Wahlah! leave the rest for us to take care of you!

When will my clothes be done?

Our pickup and delivery service is now more convenient than ever, with two distinct routes to better suit your needs.
Route One: Available on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can choose to have your items picked up on Tuesday and returned on Friday, or picked up on Friday and returned on Tuesday.
Route Two: Available on Mondays and Thursdays. This route offers the same flexibility, allowing for a Monday pickup with a Thursday return, or vice versa.
Each route is designed to provide you with maximum convenience, ensuring that our services fit seamlessly into your weekly schedule. We look forward to helping you with all your pickup and delivery needs!

Where should I leave my clothes?

At your front door, back door, or any suitable location of your choosing. Please let us
know ahead of time and keep your garments at a safe location where they are hidden
from the public – as we will not be liable for stolen or loss items.

Is there a minimum amount?

As of now yes. There will be $30 minimum or equivalent to 10lbs of dry
cleaning/laundry service. As our service grow slowly the city of Albuquerque, we will
not be requiring a minimum amount anymore.

How do I let you know if I have an order for pick-ups and delivery?

No worries our advanced system will alert us immediately once you sign up and request
for service. We will make contacts and stay on communication prior to any delivery.
Simply leave your bags at the door, and we will have them done for you.

Do I have to be present for the delivery?

No, you don’t have to be present. Our driver will take care of the garment bags for you.
If there’s any changes with pick-up time, please let us know ahead of time.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

A credit card on file is required prior to any delivery. It will be automatically charged
once items are done and ready for delivery services. Let’s not be worried, we keep all
information safely and privately in accordance with our policy. You will also have the
option of paying directly or even charge as requested on weekly/bi-weekly once signed

What do I do with special request?

Please leave notes/special request in your bag and identify what you need – and we will
take care of that for you. You can also let our drivers know if there’s any issues
during/after delivery.

What if I live too far?

As soon as you sign up and input your address, we will determine if the delivery can be
done at your location. We will only be servicing the city of Albuquerque area as of now
until further notice. Slowly we will be heading out to Rio Rancho and Los Lunas in
Summer of 2024.
